We will perform on-site safety audits to ensure that your lasers operate safely and in accordance with the ČSN 60825 standard. Our goal is to help you create the safest possible working environment for your employees.

Audit of laser machines The objective of the audit is to ensure that the systems comply with the applicable safety and operational standards and applicable directives. We use specific instruments to measure laser radiation and accurately quantify radiation emissions.
Audit of rooms with laser The audit covers several areas: measuring seals, verifying the classification and arrangement of machines, checking technical specifications and / or common and personal protective equipment

The laser safety audit determines the degree of risk and the classification of the workplace into safety classes I to IV.

CLASS 1 – Safe.

CLASS 1M – Safe provided no optical instruments are used.

Class 2 visible lasers – Safe for accidental exposure (<0.25 s).

CLASS 3R – Not safe. Low risk.

CLASS 3B – Dangerous. Viewing diffuse reflection is safe.

CLASS 4 – Dangerous. Viewing diffuse reflection is also dangerous. Fire hazard.

Would modifying a machine or workplace be too expensive in terms of safety?

Based on the findings, we will suggest how to adjust the workplace or equipment to meet the required safety class. We can design and supply protective equipment.
