Service technician for laser machines
We are looking for a colleague in the service department team to the office in Prague – Liben.
What should you know and have in order to be satisfied?

University degree of or at least 1 year of experience in a similar position

Technical ability and willingness to learn in the field of laser technology

Willingness to learn new things and learn in the field
-
Ability and willingness to communicate in person and by phone in Czech and English
-
Independence and responsibility
-
Willingness to travel around the Czech Republic, but also abroad
-
Previous experience with the work of a service technician is a great advantage
What will be the main focus of your work?
| Service work within warranty and post-warranty repairs | |
| Determining the condition of the machine, possible causes of laser failure | |
| Administrative activities associated with the work of a service technician, eg. filling in the service protocol, ordering spare parts, ..) | |
| Communication with customers and suppliers in Czech and English |
