Service manager
We are looking for a colleague to work in Prague – Liben, who will lead a small team of the service department.
What should you know and have in order to be satisfied?
- University degree or at least 1 year of experience on a similar position
- Experience in leading a small team or a relevant leisure practice
- Ability and willingness to communicate in person and by phone in Czech and English
- Technical skills and willingness to learn in the field of laser technology
- Previous experience with the work of a service technician is a great advantage
What will be the main focus of your work?
| Management of a three-member team of service technicians | |
| Processing of telephone and email requests for laser machine service | |
| Planning service trips for service technicians | |
| Communication with customers and suppliers in Czech and English | |
| Administration associated with ordering spare parts for machines | |
| Management of customer service contracts |
