Beam expanders
Beam expanders, designed for ti-series lasers, provide protection against dust, airborne particles and fumes in industrial plants. The beam expander expands the beam diameter and thus helps to reduce or completely eliminate the damage to the optics that can occur in demanding operations.
Synrad beam expanders are made of one piece of aluminum and treated for high corrosion resistance. They can be easily mounted on the front of ti-series lasers, which are already equipped with the appropriate mounting elements from the factory. The connection between the tube and the expander is perfectly airtight.
The interior of the beam expanders complies with the IP6 standard. Minimal beam power losses are guaranteed by two telescopic ZnSe lenses.
