What will be the main focus of your work?

Welcoming visits, providing refreshments, preparation of meeting rooms
Administrative support for whole team
Preparation of accounting documents in cooperation with an external accountant
Records of received and control of issued invoices
Logistics of machines and goods incl. customs procedure and intrastat
Ordering goods from suppliers and shipping orders to customers
Monitoring business contracts, preparation of employment contracts and processing of tenders
Communication with customers and suppliers in both Czech and English
Other tasks associated with the company
