Marking of organic materials

Organic materials can also be marked with lasers, and a very interesting material in this category is baked goods or edible paper. Pastry decorated with your logo or an informative label will set you apart from the competition and is attractive to end consumers.

For a client in the food industry, we recently built a special machine with interchangeable tables that is used specifically for trimming and “engraving” edible paper. The marking parameters can be adjusted according to the thickness and composition of the material.

The change table station provides mass production of up to 9,000 pieces per hour and is ready for complete automation of the entire production process.

Another option is on-fly marking, i.e. marking directly on individual bakery products while the production line is running. Thanks to the high speed of laser marking, our lasers are able to handle the production of 2-3 million pieces in one day. Again, the settings can be freely adjusted to the size and shape of the product, whether it is a loaf of bread or a smaller pastry.
